  • Narrow, Limited Focus can lead to great quality of end product
  • Consider multiple factors that can hinder a project
  • Not being overly ambitious can aid project
  • Aiming for a variety of games can lower overall project quality
  • A Strong Team = Great Development

Some Key Points

  • Assets for Images of Entity are still on the way

  • Deployment of the App will not be included in this project
  • The Dev team will make the transition as easy as possible for the next set of designers to ensure the app meets app store standards.
  • The Dev team will employ the concept of ā€œNavigation Componentsā€ that focuses on separate pages and work and Document their order/logic separately for implementation for current and future teams that work on building on/expanding whatever is done for this project.
  • The Dev team will documentation all work for current and future teams that work on building on/expanding whatever is done for this project
  • Although having scannable codes on the entities would make the job a lot simpler and straightforward. It is not a concession Paula is willing to make for this project. We will be continuing with the original plan of Identifying with feature detection and description.
