Aquatic Biosphere of Canada Project

Mission: To educate, inspire, and empower people to play an active role in the conservation of our aquatic ecosystems.
Project encompassing 4 cornerstones:

Discord Server as the main source of communication with everyone included.
Deployment of the app once it is completed is in question
Who will be using it and when?
How will we get the product to these users?
How many Activities are too many
- We will start with 2 (Info Page, the easiest to implement and most engaging decided by the Dev team and Paula)
- We will aim to add an additional activity once the first two are completed and continue to add as time permits
We started a list of potential activities and games for the product. The list of potential activities is a running list. Everyone can and will continue to add more ideas we can select from.
Paula will provide a small doc with some of her ideas on paper.
The Dev team will be given access to the Art for the Vinyl posters to integrate them with the product.

Further discussion needed on establishing an Information source needed
Further discussion on the 2nd Activity to be implemented needed
Further discussion of Technical limitations of the project needed.
The Dev Team will meet to discuss Paula’s initial Project Description and Vision to scope the Project and create a Project Plan.
Another meeting before Oct 2nd [First Official Deadline] for clarification and communication of Project Scope and Plan required. (TBD)
