  • We have set up meet times over Zoom for Tuesdays at 7pm. We may not use them all, but we have them if we need them.
  • Paula is satisfied with the initial User Stories set (Subject to change).
  • We will be dividing the User Stories by priority of importance to the product:
    • Image Recognition
      • Accuracy
      • Speed/Responsiveness
    • Administration
      • Easy to Update, Add Remove, Edit Information
      • Development with Design for Deployment of App Stores
    • Domain Information Presentation
      • Responsive
      • Engaging
      • Ease of Reading
    • Game & Activities
      • Complete & Functional
      • Engaging & Responsive
      • Domain-Specific
      • Good variety
  • Assets incoming: We will be getting them over the course of the project.
    • We have been given access to an initial Jokes folder.
    • We have been given some images to run tests.
    • We will receive isolated images of entities (better isolated = better accuracy + speed of recognition).
    • We have been given the basic information categories Paula wants for each entity.
  • Some Key Points:
    • Image Recognition: The User will be prompted with a box in which to take an image to improve accuracy. The image will be compared to the images in the "database" of true images.
    • Games: We will be hearing from a new member of Paula's team to discuss potential games and general development practices.
    • App Store Deployment: Great Uncertainty here if will be core to this project (Will discuss with instructor).
      • There are design standards to be met.
      • There are tests required.
      • There are costs associated.
      • Metrics are different for each store.
