NotJustYou, a Sickle Cell Support Organization, is developing a Chronic Illness Management App to assist individuals and families affected by a wide range of chronic conditions. The app is designed to ease the day-to-day management of chronic illnesses by providing a comprehensive tool for both patients and caretakers.

- A shared platform where patients and caregivers can track symptoms, hospital visits, and medical appointments.
- Journal entries and secure storage for important medical documentation in a Medical Wallet.
- A real-time AI support feature to simplify and summarize information about medications and diagnoses.
